We have negotiated bulk discounts from UPS, USPS, FedEx, and DHL for both domestic and international rates across different service levels, and pass those savings on to you.
Does ShipBob offer returns?
Yes, ShipBob offers returns management as a value-added service. ShipBob charges for returns with a $3 processing fee per returned order (this includes the processing of all items in the return and is only applied to your account when the return physically arrives in our fulfillment center). Label buying for returns through ShipBob is optional. You can buy a label from us at a discount, otherwise, you can buy your own labels or ask your customers to buy them. Learn more here.
